Rob and Sue decided to take a little bus ride north on highway 200 about 25 min. to a place called San Francisco, better know as San Pancho. It has a different feel from Bucerias - it is a lot smaller; it has a great recycling programme; the community is dedicated to saving the jaguars, the turtles, and the parrots; the community centre has received international acclaim; and the beach is very dramatic.
Note: The man who owns Canada's "Cirque de Soleil" has a house in San Pancho. He has graciously worked with the children of the village to produce a 'Ninos' Circus Show' and tonight is opening night. Tickets were all sold out, so Rob and Sue will have to wait until next year.

The Pacifico bus ride from Bucerias to San Pancho is very picturesque and the fare is 40 pesos ($3.50 US)
Later in the evening, Rob and Sue stopped by Kathy, Bill and Jack's place for a brief visit. They had a very prosperous and exciting day.
They was no sign of Milla, Betty or Cheryl today.
