Sunday Feb. 2 - market day

Our tree house penthouse is very peaceful in the early morning with only the Pacific waves singing us awake.  Today was Mexican market day.  The dry riverbed meanders through Bucerias centro and every Sunday, many vendors are selling their wares from old toasters to fresh avacados.  Kathy even found fresh cranberries.  Bill and young Jack studied the baby turtles and the coloured chics while Robert sat on a cement block eating fresh hot rice pudding, and watching the water trickle by.  Betty, Kathy, and Sue shopped for fresh fruit and veggies.  Later in the afternoon, Bill took Sue and Betty once again to the Mega Mall for some of the basics.  Rob and Kathy played cribbage back home and Jack used his ipad.

After a little relaxing in the sun on the beach, Betty joined Rob and Sue for a chicken dinner in the tree house.

All is well!
